Which program is right for you?

Your current life stage and wellness goals will determine which program you choose. Learn more about L.E.A.N. Start and Prime-Time Health below.

  • L.E.A.N. Start is a foundational program designed to help families with children achieve a lifetime of wellness. The program is delivered in six (6) unique sessions that focus on the four pillars of health:  

    Lifestyle - how you live

    Exercise - how you move

    Attitude - how you think, and

    Nutrition - how you eat

    Each session includes:

    -Healthy tools, tips, and activities related to the session’s topic

    -A healthy snack

    -Goal setting

    -and at-home activities to extend learning and understanding beyond the session

  • Prime-Time Health is a program designed to help all adults aged 18 and up, but is more geared toward aging adults. The program is delivered in four unique sessions that focus on the four pillars of health:

    • Lifestyle - how you live

    • Exercise - how you move

    • Attitude - how you think, and

    • Nutrition - how you eat

    Each session consists of:

    -Two or three healthy tool tips and activities

    -A Healthy snack and break

    -“On Your Own” assignments to continue learning after each session

My story…

My health journey began in my early 20s when I was diagnosed with a fructose intolerance after dealing with painful digestive issues as far back as I could remember. Through medical testing, I found out I was intolerant to fructose and many artificial sugars, like the ones found in gum and toothpaste. This kept me from eating anything with high fructose corn syrup, which was a blessing in disguise.

Shortly thereafter, I bought a one-way ticket to Maui in search of adventure on the high seas, becoming a captain and sailing in Alaska a few years later. But I digress…

That diagnosis opened my eyes to just how good I could feel if I ate the right foods. I love learning about the body and how to keep it functioning optimally, and in addition to my board-certification, I have also taken courses on biohacking brain health, the science of well-being, neurobiology, and the science of exercise. I love helping people learn about food as medicine and the benefits of movement. I can’t wait to help you chart your course to optimal health and wellness!
