  • Keel Essentials is a foundational program designed to help you achieve a lifetime of wellness. The program is delivered in nine (9) unique sessions that focus on the basics of nutrition and movement.

    Each session includes:

    -Research-based, science-backed information

    -Healthy tools and tips related to the session’s topic

    -Goal setting and inspiration

    -At-home activities to extend learning and understanding beyond the session

  • V2V is a program designed to help all adults aged 18 and up, but is more geared toward aging adults. The program is delivered in four (4) sessions focused on disease prevention/management and maintaining quality of life as we age.

    Each session consists of:

    -Research-based, science-backed information

    -Healthy tools and tips related to the session’s topic

    -Goal setting and inspiration

    -At-home activities to extend learning and understanding beyond the session

My story…

I am a health and wellness coach dedicated to learning about the body and how to keep it functioning optimally. My health journey began in my early 20s when, after dealing with painful digestive issues most of my life, I found out I was intolerant to fructose and many artificial sugars, like the ones found in most processed foods. That diagnosis opened my eyes to just how good I could feel if I ate real, whole foods.

Shortly thereafter, I bought a one-way ticket to Maui in search of adventure on the high seas, becoming a captain and sailing in Alaska a few years later. But I digress…

I want to guide you through your own health and wellness journey and share my expertise so you can feel and function at your best. I love learning about the body and how to keep it functioning optimally, and in addition to my certifications, I have also taken courses on biohacking brain health, the science of well-being, neurobiology, and the science of exercise. I love helping people learn about food as medicine and the benefits of movement. I can’t wait to help you Chart Your Course to Optimal Health and Wellness!
